• At each Branch location;
• On the self-service table on the first floor of the Downtown Library immediately to the left when you enter the building; next to the copy machine(in the Community Giveaway alcove).

Applications may be submitted in person:

• At the Fiction & Media desk, 1st floor of the Downtown Library;
• At any Branch location.
