Le-Thi-Anh, a native of the Mekong River Delta in Vietnam, is working with the Ann Arbor Chapter of the Committee of Responsibility for war-burned and war-injured Vietnamese children. Her main contribution fo COR's rummage sale Saturday and Sunday at the Gabriel Richard - Newman Center will be shrimp fritters, one of which she's about to taste here. Madame Le will sell deep-fried fritters at the sale, as well as unprepared packages of the flour and ground, dried shrimp mixture, which she imports from her homeland.

Le Thi Anh, a Vietnamese writer originally came to the United States in 1964 on a UNESCO travel grant. She spent 9 years in the United States, most of the time in Ann Arbor. She had returned to Vietnam by June 1972.
