Moms 'Find' Sons On Map - Mrs. Jack McCollum, the mother of PO 3.c. Thomas McCollum, pins a flag locating her son's military duty station on a "Mother's Day Map" at The Broadway card shop, 1115 Broadway. McCollum is stationed aboard the USS Bennington, a carrier, at Long Beach, Calif. The shop is providing the map so that area women can locate the duty stations of their husbands and sons and place a flag at that spot on the map.
