Place To Hide:

A camp rule is when you are mad you must leave the group until you are in control again, then you can return to the group activities. The young boy hiding in the tree has found a place to hide while he feels mad at the world, or possibly himself. It is not uncommon to see a boy sitting under a tree or behind a hedge as he deals with his own emotions, and fights his anxieties.
