This scene at Bach School, when three of four voting booths were in use, was typical of the steady but not crowded flow of voters this morning in the special election on the proposed $7,075,000 public school building program. Shown marking ballots are Police Lt. William Hitchingham (at the left) of 1914 Jackson Ave. and Mr. and Mrs. Rudolf Oestreicher of 508 Crest Ave. The Oestreichers were accompanied by their four-year-old daughter, Carol. Voting places will remain open until 8 o'clock tonight. Residents of school precinct No. 1 are balloting in Ann Arbor High School, and those living in precinct No. 2 are voting in Bach School.
