Last Brick At City Hall: With Indian Summer fading from the scene, the last exterior brick of Ann Arbor' new City Hall was laid yesterday. John Dixon, Belleville bricklayer, inserts the last brick at the first-floor level on the north side of the six-floor downtown structure. Masonry block fill will be constructed in the open portion above the wall. The building is expected to be ready for use by April.
