MACHINE BALLOT: There are four categories on Monday's ballot -- proposals, state offices, Supreme Court and city offices, that may be voted separately. Pulling the party lever for state offices has no bearing on court or city positions. The party levers at the top left are for state offices. Beneath them are party levers for city offices which are listed at the lower right. Proposals and court candidates must be voted individually.
