New Quarters For Detective Bureau - Acoustic tile, being examined by Lt. Walter E. Krasny and Ald. A. D. Moore, will soundproof five of the seven Detective Bureau rooms now under construction in the basement of City hall. The new quarters, three interrogation rooms, a fingerprinting and photographic studio, one main bureau room, a reception office and a property lock-up, are due to be finished about April 1, the City Council appropriated $2,800 for the project.
