'Street Divider'. Yesterday's 2.5 inch snowfall caused around-the-clock "mopping up" operations in the downtown and elsewhere in the city. Snow windrowed in the center of E. Washington (above) was picked up today by a belt loader and dumped into waiting trucks. Fifteen city workers worked night-long to clear city streets, using 30 pieces of snow removal equipment.
