AREA VACATED: Families who live in the outlying areas of the Village are being moved to centrally located apartments to make room for new housing. The sign, marking where rental housing units once stood, points to Tully Ct. where some families have been transferred. More than 100 families have been moved so far this year to allow buildings to be razed.
