Balloons Over Ann Arbor: Residents in the vicinity of the Ann Arbor water softening plant at 919 Sunset Rd. saw these small captive balloons floating overhead yesterday, but none glimpsed them from this angle. News Photographer James Galbraith made this picture from an airplane. The balloons are being used in connection with University research work. Nature of the work is classified information.
