"BERTHA" PAID HER WAY: Although she's not registered, this grade Jersey on the Henry J. Oulmann farm, S. State Rd., has a name. "Bertha" produced more butterfat last year than any other cow on test with the two county herd improvement associations. Her total was 673.9 pounds. Although her milk production - 10, 935 pounds - was less than a number of other cows, she filled enough milk bottles to keep a small family healthy for four or five years.
