LAUNDRY NOW OFFICE UNIT: This remodeled building at Catherine St. and N. Fourth Ave. was remodeled from a laundry into a multiple office structure by Carroll A. Benz of Ann Arbor. The exterior was refinished, giving it a neat appearance within a 75-acre north-central sector of Ann Arbor being considered for rehabilitation under an urban renewal program being studied by the City Council. It is receiving recommendations from a Plan Standards Committee.
