This 120-year-old house at 2560 Jackson, which was on the site of the 40-acre Maple Village Shopping Center, was razed in connection with development of the center. It had been within the Bock family for about two generations. Last occupant was Louis W. Bock. The shopping center, which is on Maple Rd. between Jackson and Dexter Aves., will contain a K-Mart store, A & P Food Store and other businesses.
