Pass the Krupuk: The fluffy shrimp wafer krupuk (center) is a necessary accompaniment for all properly served Indonesian dinners, according to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Waldt (left). The Waldts should know, for they are former owners of an Indonesian restaurant in Holland. They came to this country last year with plans to produce krupuk commercially. Their daughter, Edith (standing), serves the chicken specialty Besengek Ajam to her parents and their adopted son, Jan Knul (right).
