Mrs. Thomas Kussurelis of Buckingham Road shows her grandson, Thomas Kussurelis, the dining room table set for a formal Greek meal...prepared without meat. Her menu consists of pastitsio, nut rolls, vegetable salad, mixed vegetables, and date-nut dessert. Mrs. Kussurelis became a vegetarian in 1933 and since then has specialized in preparing her favorite Greek dishes substituting nuts for the meat.
