CONTEST WINNER NAMED: Kenneth Murry (left) of Taylor Center, an inspector at the Detroit Transmission Division of General Motors Corp was announced yesterday as a winner in a $500,000 company contest covering 285,000 employees. Final prizes will be announced later this month, but GM officials told Murry he will receive "at least" a Chevrolet car. Murry submitted one of the top 45 entries in the "golden milestone" contest in connection with GM's 50th anniversary. He is receiving a "Harlow H. Curtice Award" here from O. W. Habel, general manager of the Willow Run GM plant.
