From the five-week-old baby to her 92-year-old great-great-grandfather, sitting right, all five pictured above are members of the same family, representing five generations. They all live in Ann Arbor. Standing, left to right, are H. E. Pierce, great-grandfather, 211 Pine Ridge; Leon H. Pierce, grandfather, 203 E. Hoover Ave.; seated are, Mrs. Ralph Walda and daughter, Madge Bernice, 1129 White St.; and W. D. Pierce, age 92, of 211 Pine Ridge. With the exception of the mother and daughter, the family members are 22 years apart in age.
