Watching their television set raptly as their "Uncle Jack" became President of the United States today were the four daughters of Mr. and Mrs. John B. DeVine of 1617 Granger Ave. Although the girls call him their "Uncle Jack," he is actually their second cousin. Mrs. DeVine is President Kennedy's first cousin.
