Co-operation and good-will should be written on the cornerstones of this attractive looking structure for, as a result of both, the Girl Scouts of Ann Arbor now have a lodge on their campsite west of N. Main St., overlooking the Huron River. The cinder-block and frame building was built without charge by the building trades unions of the city on land given the scouts by Cone W. Lighthall. Ragnar L. Arnesen, local designer, contributed the plans. Windows of the huge living room frame a striking view of the river valley.
