Look at those "$" signs go up! Each represents $2,000 turned in toward Washtenaw county's $92,500 Red Cross quota. Today Laddie Ann Arbor and Lassie County chalked up five more "$" signs, for a total of 31. This leaves them 15 still to go to fill the Cross. Ann Arbor's total today stood at $43,837, which is 71 per cent of the city's quota. Towns and rural districts have turned in $18,163, or 58.6 per cent of their goal. Total for Washtenaw county was $62,000 -- or 67 per cent of our objective. How about YOUR Dollars, Dear Reader? Are they in there ready to fight with the Red Cross -- to fight in the cause of mercy and humanity? We're going to win in this drive! Do YOU want to be among the winners?
