WILL DIRECT SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM: Recreation in Ann Arbor this summer will be handled by the largest staff in the history of the city recreational department. Director Louis Hollway has 20 trained assistants helping him on the playgrounds. The board of education hires 16 of the instructors, the W. P. A. furnishes four and the Kiwanis club one. There will be nine full weeks of the playground season which opened yesterday and two partial weeks. Shown above are 17 members of the recreational staff.
