HALF-TIME SHOW: Grosse Pointe's band wasn't ready and the Ann Arbor High Band didn't make the trip, so the Pioneers' Pep Band performed at the half of Saturday's game. Parading in front of the Ann Arbor cheering section, the Pep Band played the school song and moved into a couple of formations, one of which resembled "AA."
