Story hour at Dunbar Center: Dunbar Center works for the greater happiness and the material and social well-being of Ann Arbor's Negro residents. It has many activities, all designed to make the lives of those it serves, brighter, happier, and more useful. It helps to solve personal problems and community problems. It is performing a splended, inspiring constructive service in Ann Arbor. The Dunbar Center is one of the 11 agencies supported in whole or in part by the Ann Arbor Community Fund, solicitation for which is now under way. Every giver is a "good neighbor" and every dollar given goes to a worthy cause here in Ann Arbor.
