Examining Work For Paralysis Sufferers: One of treatments for infantile paralysis victims is a bath in the physiotherapy pool at University hospital. In the above photograph a patient is being lowered into the water under the supervision of Dr. Carl E. Badgley, while members of the Washtenaw county committee in charge of the campaign to raise funds for the war on the disease look on. In the picture, left to right, are Dr. Badgley, Mrs. Cyrus C.
