MICHIGAN FULLBACK WINS GLOVE TITLE: Cedric Sweet, former Michigan fullback shown at the right, earned a trip to the state Golden Glove finals at Grand Rapids last night by pounding out a decision over Ed Nowell of Dearborn in the finals of the novice heavyweight division at the Armory. In the above picture Sweet appears to be catching one in the midriff, but he handed out enough punishment to win the unanimous opinion of the judges.
