COON BECOMES MONKEYISH FOR PHOTOGRAPHER: This pet raccoon, one of two owned by Augusta and David Plumer, children of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Plumer of 1505 Golden Ave., got himself upside down while the News' photographer was snapping his picture in the rear of the Plumer home. Both "Spot" and "Ringy," those are the names given the coons by their owners, like to nibble the buds on the tree, it seems.
