The Local Law Marched, Too: Led by Chief Casper Enkemann, a platoon of Ann Arbor police above, marched in yesterday's civic parade just behind Parade Marshal Thomas A. FitzGerald and his color guard. Directly behind Chief Enkemann is Capt. Roland E. Gainsley, chief of the traffic division; in civilian clothes is Capt. Albert Heusel, chief of the detective bureau. Chairman of the parade was William M. Strickland. Dr. H. R. shipman directed the barbecue which followed.
