In New Quarters: Dr. John F. Hemdal, a research associate in the University's Center for Research on Language and Language Behavior, works with electronic computer in the center's new quarters in Ann Arbor's City Center Office Building. Inaugural ceremonies for the center will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Rackham Building prior to the opening of a two-day international conference on language. Tours of the organization's facilities in the new City Center Buiding will begin at 11 a.m. Monday.
