And Ingenuity: High Street Day Care Center needed some sturdy outdoor play equipment, but had no money to buy it, and when they got right down to it, not much space to put it either. With cable spools donated by Michigan Cable TV, students in the U-M architecture and design course solved both problems. At right, Lynne Kuesel removes potentially dangerous staples from one of the new structures, seen finished below, suitable for climbing, jumping, crawling.
