YOUNGSTERS ENROLLED in the arts and crafts classes sponsored by the Ypsilanti Department of Parks and Recreation this summer worked this week on a "Circus Theme" whereby they made animals found in a menagerie, from paper mache, soda pop caps, bits of yarn, scraps of crepe paper, masking tape, colorful buttons, paint and glaze.
