Preston M. Tucker is on the road back from financial ruin suffered two years ago during his federal court trial for mail fraud at Chicago. Acquitted of the charge, Tucker returned to Ypsilanti to rebuild the Ypsilanti Machine and Tool col, a wartime producer of machine tool parts. Tucker and firm are working on $1,300,000 of defense subcontracts for the Air Force.
