WHERE MAN ESCAPED INJURY: Herschel Trees, a roomer, was in the bathroom of the house owned by Mrs. Naomi Beadle, 1012 E. Michigan Ave., Ypsilanti, when a tornado struck last night. The violent twister hurled a tree through the walls, demolishing the room. But Trees walked out unhurt. This morning Mrs. Beadle (above) surveyed what was left to the bathroom.
