Robert Wagner, 33-year-old Horseshoe lake resident who was left paralyzed from the chest down by a German sniper's bullet, is shown behind the wheel of the new specially equipped Oldsmobile sedan provided him by the Veterans Administration. Pointing out how the various controls work is Duncan McFadyen, a salesman for the Huron Motor Sales. A sheriff's department driving examiner approved a driver's license for Wagner after a special test.
