Learning By Eating Community High School students crowded around a pre-Thanksgiving feast Wednesday featuring everything from egg rolls and fried rice to black-eyed peas, enchiladas and adobe bread. Students and teachers prepared foods to represent the four primary American ethnic groups of color: black, Asian, Spanish surname and Native Americans. As part of the multi-ethnic assembly students prepared informative exhibits and presented a program featuring cultural contributions of the four ethnic groups.
