WELL, HE WANTED TO TOBOGGAN: James O'Sullivan, jr., 20, of 1402 Maywood Ave., could well have eyed longer the direction sign and less the snow-capped slopes of the Nichols Arboretum as he drove through the park about 10 a.m. today.
