Hearing On Murder Charges - Ricardo Hart comes into 15th District Court this morning for preliminary examination on murder charges in the Nov. 22 shooting death of Nancy Faber. Faber was shot in her car shortly after leaving a northeast side shopping center and died three days later without regaining consciousness. Hart's 17-year-old girlfriend, Machelle Yvonne Pearson, has already been bound over for trial on the same charges.
