Executive director Philip Yasinski said goodbye to Youth For Understanding's long-time Ann Arbor headquarters in the old Hoover Mansion this week. The growing student exchange organization, based here since its beginnings in the post- World War 2 Marshall Plan days, is moving to new quarters in Washington D.C., below. The Revolutionary War era farm house will provide accommodations for visitors and dormitories will house offices.
