There are pumpkins and then there are "great pumpkins." Brad Switzer grew one of the latter in his garden on Ann Arbor's southwest side. At right, Brad and his mother, Bev, lug the 135-lb. giant onto their dining room table, where he, his sister Beth and friend Steve Anterman transformed it into a jack-o-lantern in honor of Halloween, the annual holiday of the pumpkin, coming up Saturday.
