A Day For The Kids--The Fourth of July, like any other holiday, is a time for kids. And they were out in force in Ypsilanti Monday for the annual American Legion parade. At left [THIS PHOTO], 9-year-old Ricky Lewis tunes up for his role in the Golden Garrison, a drum and bugle corps in Ypsilanti.
