Illness Fatal To Christian F. Fritz

ILLNESS FATAL TO CHRISTIAN F. FRITZ

Christian F. Fritz, 78, of 715 Lawrence St., lifelong resident of Washtenaw county, died this morning at a local hospital after a short illness.

Mr. Fritz was born in Scio township and lived there until coming to Ann Arbor 20 years ago. He was a member of Bethlehem church. Mrs. Fritz, who formerly was Clara Kuehnle, died eight years ago.

He is survived by a son, John C. Fritz, a daughter, Mrs. William DeFries, and a sister, Miss Mary Fritz, all of Ann Arbor; four nephews, two nieces, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services, which will be private, will be held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon at the residence. Rev. T. R. Schmale will officiate and burial will be in Bethlehem cemetery. Friends may ccall at the residence from 1 o’clock Thursday afternoon until Friday noon.
