CAIN BOUND OVER TO CIRCUIT COURT

(Special to The Daily News)

Ypsilanti, May 18 – Frederick Cain, Jr., 22, son of the assistant postmaster of this city, waived examination when he appeared today for examination before Justice Arthur M. Vandersall in the local municipal court on a charge of negligent homicide in connection with the deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Stockdale, of this city, who were killed the night of April 28 when struck by a car driven by Cain.

He was bound over for trial at the October term of circuit court in Ann Arbor under bond of $1,000, furnished by his father and mother.

Mr. and Mrs. Stockdale were killed as they were walking across Michigan Ave. here just east of the Huron river bridge in company with Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Durham, who were seriously injured. Mr. Durham is still a patient in the Beyer Memorial Hospital here.
