Marcus Chalmers

Marcus C. Chalmers, 63 years old, died Tuesday afternoon at the home of his brother, George, of 1224 Olivia Ave., after a lingering illness.
Born Dec. 10, 1876, in Amsterdam, N. Y.,, he came to Ann Arbor when 13 years old, with his parents. He had lived here since.
He is survived by his brother, George, of this city; a half-brother, Gilchrist, of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and two half-sisters, Mrs. C. W. Alexander of Ann Arbor, and Mrs. E. F. Hutzel of Packard Rd.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Hildinger funeral home with Dr. William P. Lemon officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
