Mrs. Joseph W. Kinsey
WHITMORE LAKE - Mary A. Kinsey, 88 years old and Whitmore Lake's oldest resident, died yesterday at her home here. A daughter of Henry and Catherine Hoffer Redman, Mrs. Kinsey came to Whitmore Lake in 1897. She was a member of the Methodist church here.
Survivors include the husband, Joseph W. Kinsey; three sisters, Mrs. C. M. Clifton, Marion, Ohio; Mrs. Mary Dowler, Lansing, and Mrs. Mabel Warrum, Ann Arbor; one brother, Amos Redman, Miami, Fla.; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, one great-great-great grandchild.
Prayer will be at the home at 1:30 Wednesday and funeral services will be from the Whitmore Lake church at 2 o'clock. Rev. Howard A. Busching and Rev. Florence Schleicher Teed, both of Ann Arbor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Whitmore Lake cemetery.
