YPSILANTI - Fred A. Tackman, of 7943 Plymouth Rd., died last night at his home on his 79th birthday.
He is survived by his wife and by two daughters, Mrs. Melvin Schumaker and Mrs. Arthur Cotzhausen, both of Ann Arbor.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Moore funeral home in Ypsilanti with Rev. Hugo Fenker officiating. Burial will be in the Geer cemetery on Plymouth Rd. Friends may call at the funeral home.
