William Brackney, coxswain, USNR, 19, and his 22-year-old brother, Sgt. Boby Brackney, have met for the first time in two and a half years. The boys, sons of Mrs. Elfie Schittenhelm of 448 S. First St., have received their discharges from service and are headed into civilian life. Bill served 21 months aboard the LST 224 in the Pacific, and Boby, in the AAF, spent 28 months in the South Pacific theater. Bill is married to the former Marcella Owen and lives in Saline, while Boby makes his home with his mother.
