American Broach Personnel---1919
Twenty-one employes were working for the Ann Arbor firm, headed by Francis J. Lapointe, a year after founding in 1918. During the peak war years over 400 worked for American Broach. Lapointe, who retired recently, disclosed that of the 21 original employes pictured above, four are still with the firm. They are Cecil Benham, sixth from left, William Phiel, fourth from the right, and in foreground, Miles Alber, second from left, Enrico Ferri, center foreground.
