PERFORMS FOR SCIENCE: Billiard champion Willie Hoppe is preparing to demonstrate a masse shot before a meeting of the Erudite University of Michigan Science Research club Tuesday evening. Hoppe and trick shot artist Charles C. Peterson (seated in background with tuxedo) displayed their billiard table finesse while Prof. A. D. Moore of the University's electrical engineering department, presented a paper detailing original research on the mathematical and neuro-muscular phenomena of the game.
