Feiner Glass Co. Now Incorporated
The State Corporation and Securities Commission today listed articles of incorporation for the Feiner Glass and Paint Co. of Ann Arbor, capitalized at $30,000 preferred and $20,000 common stock.
Carl M. Feiner, president of the 60-year-old firm, said the company plans to expand its business, which at present is largely wholesale.
Other officers in the organization are Walter Feiner, vice-president; John Wilson, secretary in charge of purchasing and sales; and Leon Eschelbach, assistant secretary in charge of warehousing and store-front installations.
