George F. Jung

George F. Jung, 82, of 9154 Whitmore Lake Rd., a retired carpenter, died last night at St. Joseph's Mercy hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Jung was born Oct. 24, 1864, in Northfield township, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jung. He was married to Miss Lily Dell Treat of Northfield township April 2, 1891, and had been a resident of Whitmore Lake for the past 45 years. Mrs. Jung preceded him in death Jan. 23, 1946.
He is survived by two sons, Carl H. of Whitmore Lake and Paul F. of Ann Arbor.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 Saturday afternoon at the Muehlig funeral chapel, with Rev. Douglas Parker of the Whitmore Lake Methodist church officiating. Burial will be made in Bethlehem cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
